We recommend that you check your Spam/Junk folder for the receipt and welcome email from us.

If you did not find them, please contact us here and provide the following details:

1. The email address used to create your account

2. The name of the PrepPack you purchased

3. When possible, your payment confirmation from PayPal or your credit card company

We will then resend your receipt.
